Your medical history stops living in drawers.
What happens in the consultation, in the laboratory and at the vaccination clinic lands in the same place. The employee carries it on their phone and their treating physician sees exactly the same thing.

Connected health
Your watch measures every day. Your doctor reviews it during the consultation.
The employee pairs their watch once and, from that moment on, their readings are added to the health record with the date of each entry. Information that used to be lost between one consultation and the next is now available to the treating doctor.
- One-time pairing Compatible with Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch and watches running Wear OS. Pairing is done from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android; syncing after that is automatic and needs no manual entry.
- Heart rate and oxygen saturation Every reading is recorded with its date and its trend, not as an isolated average, which makes it possible to spot a sustained change before the next consultation.
- Activity and sleep Daily steps and hours of sleep, which give the context needed to interpret the other readings.

Anonymity is not a promise, it is the architecture. The app confirms you are an employee of the company and issues a single-use reference; answers are stored separately from your name. No dashboard breaks down a group with fewer than seven responses, because in a small area a breakdown gives the person away.
Vaccination module
Every dose is recorded at the moment it is administered.
The module is not a digital immunization card: it is the record of the dose at the instant the nurse administers it, with its lot number and its validity. From that single entry come the employee’s immunization record, their certificate with a reference number and QR code, the progress Human Resources sees, and the page where anyone can verify that the dose exists. No one has to transfer a clinic day into a spreadsheet again.
And on the other side of the record
The company is given the list for the campaign it paid for — who attended and who did not — never the individual’s vaccination history.
