Human Resources dashboard

You see how much it is used. Never by whom.

Human Resources sees a dashboard with usage aggregated across the whole workforce: consultations by month, by specialty, by business unit, by age, sex, job and shift. No names, no diagnoses and no records: those stay with the employee and with their doctor.

This is where the fitness-for-duty certificate lives — the document the law gives the employer: it says whether the person can do their job and what the role requires. It does not say what the doctor found. The test, the diagnosis and the clinical note live in the employee’s health record, and Human Resources has no access to it.

From a campaign, the company receives who is protected and who is still missing for the clinic it contracted. It does not receive anyone’s vaccination history: that belongs to the employee and lives in their immunization record.

A closure closes access to the app, and nothing more. The health record is neither deleted nor handed to the company belongs to the employee and is kept for the period set by NOM-004-SSA3, the Mexican federal standard on clinical records. If they come back to work here tomorrow, their history is still there.

What cannot be exported

No report in this dashboard goes down to the level of an individual. It is not a setting: it is how it is built.

Named lists

Only for the campaign the company contracted, and only for that campaign. Never anyone’s history.

Diagnoses and results

They are not available in any format. From the occupational exam, what is issued is the fitness-for-duty certificate, which says whether the person can do the job.

Cells with fewer than five

They are grouped before they leave, in the file as well. Crossing site, age, sex and job in a small group identifies a person.

The company sees how many people take part and their aggregate progress: people enrolled, adherence and kilograms lost by site. It does not see anyone’s weight, nor who is enrolled. It is the same rule as the vaccination campaigns: what is delivered is coverage, not health records.

Privacy

What this dashboard does not show

  • No names and no employee numbers. No figure can be opened into a list of people.
  • No diagnoses, medical notes or prescriptions.
  • No laboratory results.
  • Nobody’s clinical record. It lives with the employee and with their doctor.

Why

Compliance, not records

Everything Grupo Médico Delihealth’s handles is sensitive health data. The company receives the fitness-for-duty certificate and the progress of its campaigns; the clinical detail, never.

Cells with fewer than 5 cases are grouped before they are drawn, so that crossing site, age, sex and job cannot make a person identifiable. If only one fell into that row, another is added to it: grouping a single one hides nothing.
